Shipping Policy

  1. We ship all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from directly from our manufacturing facility in Ohio. Standard shipping is via USPS and typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the US. Shipping to international (non-US) addresses may take up to 2-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
